Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic private practice dental office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and be passionate about providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
-Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
-Conduct patient care with a focus on comfort and satisfaction while adhering to infection control protocols.
-Utilize dental software  Open Dental and Dentrix for patient management and medical documentation.
-Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
-Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
-Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry environment to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
-Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements:
-Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
-Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
-Proficient in dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and aseptic techniques.
-Familiarity with dental imaging techniques and infection control standards.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
-Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
-Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other advanced procedures as required.
