  The Center for Spine Surgery LLC located in Wilmington, DE is seeking a dedicated, full-time Business Office Specialist to join our on-site team. We are committed to providing seamless patient care operations and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.

• The Role:
  Handle key organizational responsibilities and support the seamless operation of our surgery center.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Patient registration

• Medical records management and confidentiality

• Insurance verification and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• General office duties and accurate financial documentation

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong office skills (organization, task management)

• Comprehensive knowledge of Medical Terminology

• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma for equivalent: additional certifications or training in healthcare a plus
