Join the region’s leading network of healthcare providers as a Certified Scrub Technician in our Surgical Services department at Inspira Health Vineland. In this full-time, day-shift role, you will support safe, efficient patient care in the Delivery Room by preparing for and assisting with surgical procedures. As an essential member of the nursing team, you’ll collaborate closely with RNs and contribute to high-quality outcomes through skilled, patient-centered support. The pay range for this position is $27.68–$39.90 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with surgical procedures in the Delivery Room within the scope of training and certification
- Support RNs in patient care by performing routine and sub-acute tasks
- Prepare, maintain, and manage operative equipment, ensuring safe and efficient workflow
- Uphold all infection prevention, safety, and documentation standards in accordance with state and hospital policies
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- CST and BLS certification required; 15 hours of annual continuing education required
- 1+ year of Scrub Technician experience preferred
- Must meet NJ Surgical Technology Certification Law requirements (education, credential, military training, or prior employment as of 12/21/11)
