The Mason City Clinic (MCC) in Mason City, Iowa has an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Electrophysiologist to join the Cardiology department. The Mason City Clinic is a multi-specialty physician-owned group.
Opportunity Highlights
- Join the busy practice of 13 physicians, 10 fellows, and 7 NPs
- 1:6 call rotation with opportunity for excess call +$$
- Practice includes inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic services
- Full range of cardiology services, including non-invasive, invasive, interventional, & EP working together with cardiac surgery & vascular surgery services
- Training opportunity with Cardiology fellowship program
- Located at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center- 342 bed regional referral teaching hospital
- Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 staffed ED and hospitalist services, helicopter, and state-of-the-art Cath labs

Opportunity Details
- Competitive guaranteed base salary: $690,000/year + production (2-year guarantee)
- $200,000 recruitment bonus paid in 1st 2 years!

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
