Eye Physicians & Surgeons, S.C. is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist to join our established, growing physician-owned practice with a clear partnership track.
Position & Compensation
- Full-time comprehensive or subspecialty ophthalmologist
- Starting salary: $350,000+, with productivity bonus eligibility
- Partnership opportunity in a stable, well-respected private group
- Busy from day one with an existing patient base

Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
- Eligible for Wisconsin licensure
- Strong clinical skills, collegial attitude, and an interest in building long-term patient relationships
