Exciting Practice Option

Immediate Full or Part Time 

Well established, 25+ years and growing, physician owned practice with Office Based OR in central Virginia is looking for a surgical or medical ophthalmologist to join our team with partnership option for succession planning. 

Subspecialty training in cornea/anterior segment or glaucoma not required but is a plus. High-volume surgery with Surgery Center investment opportunity available.

New physician will expect a quick ramp up to 10 cases a week, then more as desired. Premium IOL use is supported by superb staff.  Salary commensurate with experience with generous bonus structure.

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, ethical team player with excellent interpersonal skills. We offer new office space with state-of-the-art equipment and two full time locations.   Our team includes a competent and supportive technical and ancillary staff.
