Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Productivity Incentive + Growth-Based Upside
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (split between locations)

This opportunity supports the launch and growth of a new Vancouver location while leveraging the stability, referral base, and infrastructure of an existing, successful regional practice. Qualifications
Board-Certified Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
Minimum of 3 years of post-training clinical experience
Active or eligible Washington and Oregon medical licenses
Strong cataract surgical and comprehensive ophthalmology experience
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice expansion
