Opportunity Details

- Call Schedule/Rotation: TBD
- Location: Livonia, MI - Schoolcraft Campus
Requirements
- Completion an ACGME approved Orthopaedic Residency Program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship trained in Joint Replacement (Adult Reconstruction)
- Active State of Michigan Medical License
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform total hip and total knee replacement surgeries, including primary and revision procedures
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and formulate comprehensive surgical plans.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgical staff, and rehabilitation teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced technologies, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques
- Participate in call rotation, inpatient rounds, and outpatient follow-up clinics
- Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical options, recovery expectations, and preventive care
