We are seeking a Practice Director to serve as the operational and strategic leader of a highly successful physician-owned practice based in Scottsdale and Mesa, AZ. This is a high-impact role for a motivated director who wants to partner closely with ownership to optimize operations, grow the practice, and build upon a strong, positive culture.
This position offers significant autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a thriving ophthalmology practice.
About the Practice
We are a well-established, highly respected ophthalmology practice with over 40 years of history serving our community. Built on a reputation for clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and ethical practice, we are now entering an exciting next phase of growth and modernization.
The practice is led by a small ownership team of two young, engaged, fellowship-trained surgical ophthalmologists who are actively involved in both clinical care and the strategic direction of the practice. Our providers consist of the two surgeon-owners and four optometrists, supported by a team of 40+ dedicated administrative and clinical staff. We value collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Our two locations in the Phoenix Metro Area serve a premier patient base in a region renowned for its quality of life. We are a purposefully independent, 100% physician-owned practice. By maintaining local ownership, we ensure that our vision and values remain fully aligned with the needs of our patients and our team. We are looking for a Director who wants the agency to build a world-class organization where patient care and team performance are the primary measures of success.
