Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgical Associates is a premier specialty group in Northeast Florida. This sole private practice Vascular and Cardiothoracic group in the Jacksonville region has a need for another board certified or board eligible vascular surgeon to join our 10 CT and 6 current vascular partners. Join us here on the "First coast" where year-round outdoor activities on the beautiful Atlantic coast are coupled with a low cost of living and no state income tax. We have a robust vascular lab, own our outpatient vascular center, and are continuing to expand to meet the needs of this fast-growing community.

Position Details:
- 5+ years’ experience post Fellowship
- Pay = $500,000 with 25% bonus on collections over $1.5MM.
- Location: MHJ (HCA Memorial Hospital of Jax)
- 3 years to Partnership
- PTO: 30 days then 32 then 35 (caps at 35 even when partner)
- Call = 1 in 6 weekends covering all NE FL hospitals when on for the weekend
- Dedicated PA full time to help them in office, hospital, surgery, rounding, etc.
- Start date: asap
