Description
TidalHealth, a leading healthcare system serving Maryland’s Eastern Shore and Delaware, is seeking a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team. This hybrid position offers primarily remote work with one week per month onsite in Salisbury, MD, supporting inpatient and emergency imaging services.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $535,000–$676,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
- Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance
- Sign-on bonus
Opportunity Highlights:
- Support 3 Hospital system including TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, a Level III Trauma Center performing 18,000+ surgeries annually
- Interpret X-rays, CTs, MRIs, and ultrasounds for hospital and emergency cases
- Collaborate with a collegial, systemwide radiology team
- Ensure timely and accurate reports, communicating critical findings as needed
- Live and work in a vibrant coastal region offering easy access to beaches, boating, and family-friendly communities
- Participate in ongoing quality and educational initiatives
- Preferred subspecialities: Breast, Cardiothoracic, MSK, Neuroradiology, and Pediatric
