Excel Eye Center – Provo/Utah County
Excel Eye Center is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our well-established, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice. This position will be available due to the retirement of one of our two oculoplastic surgeons. We serve a large and diverse patient population across seven locations, offering a collegial environment and strong referral network.
Position Overview
This full-time position will provide the entire spectrum of oculoplastic and orbital surgery, including:
-Cosmetic facial and eyelid surgery
-Facial aesthetics and therapeutic injectables
-Orbital and adnexal tumors
-Orbital wall reconstruction post-trauma
-Post-Mohs reconstructive surgery
-Eyelid malposition and reconstruction
-Lacrimal system disorders
-Thyroid eye disease
-Pediatric and congenital oculoplastic conditions
We are seeking a surgeon who is passionate about both functional and cosmetic oculoplastic surgery, and who values the independence, entrepreneurship, and efficiency of a high-volume multi-specialty private practice. The position includes the opportunity to work across multiple office locations in Utah Valley, allowing you to serve a broad patient base and build a diverse surgical practice.

Requirements
Qualifications
-MD/DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency
-Fellowship training in oculoplastic/orbital surgery required
-Member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS)
-Board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology
-Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Utah
