Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, clinically skilled and personable Optometrist to join our team. Whether you are looking for a stable full-time career or a part-time schedule, we offer a supportive environment focused on clinical autonomy and patient satisfaction. Position includes regularly scheduled Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive vision examinations and medical eye evaluations.
Diagnose and manage eye health and vision conditions
Prescribe corrective lenses, some specialty contact lenses & medication.
Dry eye management including IPL/RF (will train if needed).
Myopia management.
Provide pre- and post-operative care for refractive surgery patients.
Educate patients on ocular health, preventative care, and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR).
Collaborate with our office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school of optometry.
Active, unrestricted license to practice optometry in the State of California.
TPA certification required (TLG certification preferred).
Strong clinical skills in primary eye care and medical optometry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting patient relationships.
Clinical Spanish a plus; professional & detail oriented.
Recent graduates and experienced practitioners are both welcome to apply.

Compensation Range:
Part-time: $525-$600 per diem
Full-time: $136K-$160K per year with productivity bonus
