Associate Position leading to Partnership 

After 52 years Dr. Philip Adler, the managing partner of Adler Podiatry Clinic PLLC d/b/a Advanced Foot & Ankle Specialists of Jacksonville, is looking for a successor. Necessary qualities: leadership with desire to expand and manage your practice. 

The practice, established in 1974, is seeking an associate with a pre-defined path to partnership. The associate accumulates a 5% equity share over a fixed period of 3–5 years with a set valuation of the remaining shares to be determined after a 6 month trial period. The goal is to maintain our stellar reputation in the community while transitioning to new leadership.

Requirements

Requirements: DPM Degree, Residency trained with emphasis on foot and ankle surgery, and Florida license. 1 -3 years of private practice experience preferred.
