Compensation and Benefits
- Strong Guaranteed Income: $315,000 to $330,000 base salary for the first two years with immediate RVU incentives
- Exceptional Financial Package: $150,000 signing bonus plus up to $20,000 in relocation assistance

Who You Are
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Comfortable caring for adult and geriatric patients across a broad spectrum of primary care
- Passionate about continuity of care and chronic disease management
