- Retina/Vitreous Specialist
Description
Successful independent physician owned and operated practice in Eugene, Oregon seeks a fellowship trained medical or surgical retina/vitreous specialist to join four retina specialists. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual with excellent surgical skills.
This growing practice has a strong reputation for highly regarded, ethical and quality patient care and serves an area of nearly 800,000 people. Our main office has an attached ASC with ownership opportunities, and the practice serves in multiple satellite locations throughout the lower Willamette Valley and Central Oregon Coast. Clinical and surgical volumes are well above average. On-call duties are light compared to the larger cities. There is a thriving research department associated with the practice with multiple industry and academic sponsored ongoing clinical trials. We have 7 clinic locations and 3 surgical sites to accommodate all of our patients' needs. We have no private equity affiliation.
With a strong and growing patient base spread across the Oregon community, the incoming physician will be ensured long-term opportunity. This is a partnership track position. We have a well-run practice with wonderful patients and a top-notch staff that facilitates smooth and efficient patient care. $400,000-$600,000 + productivity bonus.
