MUSC Health Heart and Vascular is seeking a full-time BC/BE non-invasive Cardiologist to join a well-established community-based practice in Orangeburg, South Carolina.  You will work with 4 cardiologists, 2 non-invasive, 2 interventional and 5 Cardiology Advanced Practice Providers.  The ideal candidate is a compassionate, patient-focused clinician with a strong interest in expanding cardiology services.  This practice is part of MUSC Health’s greater Heart & Vascular Center, which provides compassionate care and advanced treatment to patients across South Carolina. MUSC Health Heart and Vascular has been consistently recognized by U.S. News & World Report in heart failure, aortic valve surgery, and heart bypass surgery.  

About MUSC Health Orangeburg:

Since it was first established in 1919, MUSC Health - Orangeburg has grown from a small private hospital into a robust regional health care system. MUSC Health – Orangeburg’s network now includes a 286-bed acute care hospital in Orangeburg, a breast center with mobile mammography capabilities, Bamberg-Barnwell Emergency Medical Center, Express Care locations in Orangeburg and Santee, seven primary care clinics, and fifteen specialty practices located throughout Orangeburg, Bamburg and Calhoun counties. Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Completion of an ACGME Accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program.
• Completion of an ACGME Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Previous Cardiology Service Line Leadership.
• Hold an unrestricted South Carolina Medical License.
• Collaborative and collegial demeanor with commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Outstanding communication skills.
